I, the undersigned, release Paducah Shooter Supply, Inc., its officers, and McCutchen Farms Ltd., its owners, of any and all property used by me, from any liability for any damages, loss of property, or personal injury occuring to myself or my family and my property, and agree not to file any action at law against said organization or individuals on account of any injury to myself or my family which is caused by our negligence or failure to obey the rules an regulations of Paducah Shooters Supply, Inc. and/or McCutchen Farms Ltd.

The undersigned also agrees not to file any action at law against said company and organization, it's officers and officials, other players and guests, for any damages, loss of property, or personal injury occuring to myself or any member of my family while participating in games, matches, practice or competitions.
