Gun Repair Shipping Instructions
When sending your firearm to us for repair please
use our repair form or include a letter with the following information:
Full Name
Full Address (NO PO Boxes Please)
Daytime Phone Number
Repair Description - a detailed description of what is wrong or what you would like done.
If the repair is a factory warranty, please try to include the proof of purchase.
Please Note:
Due to
shipping requirements, your firearm may not be
returned in the box you send it in. Firearms shipped
in soft cases will require an additional shipping
charge if you want them back. Marlin, H&R and
NEF style boxes DO NOT meet current UPS or U S Mail
packaging guidelines. They will not be
returned unless requested.
If you would
like your original box returned, please notate on your repair form or info letter.
Firearms can be shipped through USPS, Fed Ex, UPS. All repairs will be returned through UPS. Please package your firearm up carefully for shipment. Always insure the firearm for what you believe its worth. If you would like extra insurance for return shipment, please let us know.
